I had the opportunity today to be invited to the Penang Turf Club to be seated at the VIP Room Exclusive Preview Gallery for Penang Race Day. I was thrilled as it was a great photograhy opportunity. Armed with my camera, I went and took more than 200 shots with my Nikon D80 barrelled with the 70 - 300mm Nikkor lens. Though it was raining... it did not dampen the spirits.

Then the race started... notice that there's an ambulance trailing the race... I guess it is to standby in case any of the jockeys fall if there is an accident.
The race was indeed exciting for the camera...
